Return Policy
How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please visit the “Contact Us Page” section on our website. Your request will be reviewed and approved if it meets our conditions.
Conditions for Returns:
- Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their unused condition with original packaging and all labels intact.
- Worn, damaged, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.
Processing Time:
- The return process takes up to 10 working days from the day you submit your package.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or telecommunication cash services (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, or Orange). Cash refunds are not allowed.
Special Conditions for Returns:
- Socks: Cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Accessories: Must be returned with the original bag or cardboard packaging intact.
Return Fees:
- Fees vary by location.
- If you received the wrong item or size, no return fees will apply.
Important Notes:
- Items returned without submitting a return request or receiving approval will not be accepted.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Items deemed ineligible for a return or refund will be shipped back to your address.
- Physically damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery (including holidays) to be eligible for action. Reports made after this period will not be valid.
